• 44 Individual Pneumatic Tooling Pins per board support
• Total 6 Universal Magnetic Board Supports
• ESD protective tips have compliant flange to prevent damage to delicate components
• Self forming pneumatically driven pin matrix:
    * Variations in the board layout is accommodated as the single pin pressure is small
       enough to vary the height of the supporting pin without damaging the component
    * Conforms to any given board
    * Fully supports the underside of a populated board and stencil
• Form-Flex tooling consists of Pin Modules with pin up/down control and each module contains 44 pins in two rows
• High grade, polished stainless steel support pins for longevity
• Support pin locking mechanism is isolated from pin shafts to prevent lubricants from contaminating pins and eliminates sticking pins
• Each Form-Flex array is held magnetically to your manual tooling plate

• At product changeover the Form-Flex pins are positively retracted and reset
