SMT Devices custom builds and supplies Traverser Shuttle Conveyors: The Traverser Shuttle Conveyor is a multi-purpose conveyor used to redirect the flow of PCBs to different channels/locations in a production line and shuttle PCBs to the next process. This conveyor can also collect PCBs from two SMT lines to one SMT line or distribute PCBs from one SMT line to two SMT lines. For example:
-As a line Combiner: two pick and place machines go to one line combiner, then go to a reflow oven. Or two stencil printers go to one SPI then SMT line.
-As a Line Separator: it can be used after the inspection system. The Pass board goes to the Unloader and the Fail board goes to a rework system line.
